These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of WapiLink's website, dashboard and API (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
WapiLink lets you connect a WhatsApp number you own to run campaigns, manage contacts, automate messages (including after phone calls), and optionally enable AI-generated replies using your own AI provider key. You are responsible for the WhatsApp number and account you connect.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
You agree not to use WapiLink to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to people who haven't consented to hear from you, to harass or deceive recipients, to distribute illegal content, or in any way that violates WhatsApp's own terms of service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service.
New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. Continued use after the trial requires an active paid plan (billed monthly or yearly). Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice. Device add-ons and other optional features may carry additional charges, shown before you activate them.
AI Auto-Reply is optional and requires you to supply your own API key for your chosen provider (Claude, OpenAI or Gemini). Usage costs charged by that provider are your responsibility, not WapiLink's. You're responsible for reviewing and approving the AI-generated replies your rules produce.
Partners in our reseller program may onboard their own clients under a sponsor code, set their own client pricing, and manage their clients' plans through a prepaid wallet. Partners are responsible for their own agreements with their clients; WapiLink is not a party to those agreements.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on WhatsApp's own infrastructure or a third-party AI provider may be affected by outages outside our control.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay for an active plan.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, WapiLink is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including messages sent, automations configured, or AI-generated content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
